Listing Guidelines
These Listing Guidelines (“Guidelines”) apply whenever you list an Asset for sale on the Service. They supplement the main Playkami Terms of Service (“TOS”). Together, the TOS and these Guidelines form the full agreement (“Agreement”) governing your listing. By listing an Asset, you confirm that you:
- have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Agreement;
- are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
- have the authority to do so (on your own behalf or, if applicable, on behalf of an entity).
Capitalized terms not defined here carry the definitions given in the TOS. If there is a conflict between these Guidelines and the TOS, these Guidelines govern only with respect to that conflict.
1. Right to Approve or Remove Listings
Playkami reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Asset listing at any time. Playkami also reserves the right to allow or disallow certain smart contracts, collections, or related content at any time.
Playkami may refuse or remove any listing or content that it deems (in its judgment) inappropriate, disruptive, unlawful, or violative of these Guidelines.
If you violate these Guidelines, Playkami may take corrective actions, including but not limited to: removing the listing or content, deleting your account, permanently withholding payments owed to you, and deleting related metadata from its servers.
2. Prohibited Content & Assets
You must not list Assets, smart contracts, collections, or related content if they include or relate to any of the following:
- Content that violates U.S. or international intellectual property laws (e.g., unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material).
- Content that:
- is part of a game or application infringing on third-party IP rights, or
- promotes self-harm, suicide, hate or violence, doxing, harassment, or otherwise violates applicable law.
- Content created or used primarily to raise funds for designated terrorist or sanctioned organizations (as determined by the U.S. government or by Playkami in its sole discretion).
- Age-restricted, adult, or NSFW content, including content that uses profanity, overtly sexual material, or otherwise inappropriate content. Listings, smart-contract names, collection descriptions, or metadata with such content are prohibited.
- Assets that were stolen, obtained without authorization, or otherwise illegally acquired. Listing such Assets may lead to cancellation of the listing, hiding of the Asset, or suspension or termination of your account.
- Any content that is illegal, offensive, or uses profanity or graphic language, as determined in Playkami’s discretion.
